Richard and Alex have a common thread. A parent who taught them to love and appreciate good food made from scratch with fresh, wholesome ingredients. Whether the family dinner on Sunday evening was a tried and true family recipe passed down through the generations or a Friday night taste exploration, compiled of seasonal ingredients and a new concept they learned at an early age, food preparation was an art to be shared with the ones you love. Willingness to try new entrees and explore diverse ethnic and cultural foods was an expectation for both growing up. They understood the importance of food for bringing people together and for creating memories that last a lifetime.

Richard and Alex have a shared vison to create unique and strategic dining experiences for their guests. Currently they can offer two venues with two different menu genres, the Two Rivers Food Truck bringing fresh, made from scratch ingredients to a location near you, or a more refined multiple course meal at the historic 1811 Barker Estate They will also cater at your location or provide a venue and menu for your private event.

Their goal is to provide a fun social dining environment where food can be discovered organically with family and friends. They want to share a space where collective creativity thrives. The menus will provide an individualized meal ranging from fine dining to casual upscale cuisine. Chef Christy will have the ability to create a distinctive and personalized fare from appetizers through dessert. The hospitality they provide mimics the love and memories they embraced growing up.
